Another setback.........more prayers needed

I'm sorry to report that Grant got more blood clots in his legs over the weekend. Both of them this time, and again, from knee to pelvis. We cannot thin his blood again, because of the head bleed. The only thing we can do is wait & pray that his body will absorb them, and that his body will make new pathways around the veins that are clogged, to get the blood back to his heart. Meanwhile, his thighs have puffed up, and they are under a lot of pressure. He's again in a lot of pain.
Once again I don't know what to say, or even what to think at this point. I'm so discouraged with this news. I don't know how much more he can take. But, he keeps fighting, so I will continue as well.
Keep praying, he loves you all.

hi grant and grants family.

i go to BTMS and i saw the page dedicated to you in the yearbook.

and it made me cry about your condition....
i remember seeing you a few times...but not very many.

when i was six i lost my best friend to cancer. and then my mom lost her boss about 9 months ago to cancer....
so i'v seen how difficult and hard it is for a victim of these terrible illnesses to stay positive and not give up.

but i have faith in you.
i believe you can get through this.

and if you dont- your job on earth has been completed. and you have a better place you will go with happiness. and your relitives will be waiting for you. (if you believe in this sort of stuff)

well....ur in my prayers as well as my family's.

and your family loves you allot.
:)

keep fighting and stay positive.

Hi Grant, Kim, Matt and Coleman,
Thank you Kim for keeping us up to date. I know its hard for you, but people are always asking, and telling me that you are all in their prayers. When we get an update, the emails fly! Grant, you are a strong boy. Know that Jesus is with you, caring for you, holding you, and watching over you. We love you all.

Kim,

We at Team in Training had a send off tonight for the Alaska folk...but our evening ended being reminded of Grant and his struggle of you and your family and the difficult days you have...know that we all were greatly concerned for Grant tonight...you are in our prayers...and our tears tonight were for your family.

Grant I have known you for a long time, since kindergarten and I have watched you grow up into a very fine young man. I hope that you can stay strong and keep fighting this horrible cancer. It is truly amazing what the human body can do to heal. Bless the teachers who are reading your blog to the students! Sometimes we get so caught up in our own lives that we forget that there are other people who have much bigger struggles than our own. I am glad that you are sharing your story for all of us to remember how presious are time on this earth is.
Please remember that you are thought about and loved by so many and KEEP FIGHTING!!!!
Blessings,
Laurie Wyant (Marina's mom)
